| A Carbon Copy Application must be completed at |
| the Building Department and can only be obtained |
| at the time of permit issuance. |
| Where work for which a permit is required by this Code is started or proceeded |
| with prior to obtaining said permit, the fees shall doubled at the time of |
| issuance of said permit. |
| The City of DeFuniak Springs had adopted the "Florida Building Code" and any |
| revisions by reference. The "Florida Building Code" contains copyrighted |
| material reproduced from or based upon the following sources, and is used by |
| permission of the respective publisher/copyright owners: Florida Building, Florida |
| Residential; Florida Mechanical; Florida Plumbing; Florida Fuel Gas; Florida |
| Swimming Pool; National Electric Code; Florida Accessibility Code for |
