Paddle Sport/Gear Vendor Space Reservation Form
Size
- 50'x50' for boat sales (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards) and related gear only.
- Near water's edge on grassy surface (not with general merchandise or food vendors)
- Power hookups available with advance notice. Otherwise, quiet-running generators required.
Fees
- $150
Rules
- All vendors must first apply for space (online form).
- Arrive to festival site Saturday, May 21, between 7am and 8am for setup. No setup before 7am that day since Saturday's portion of the 3-day event starts at 9am. GPS 3 Circle Drive, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
- NOTE: Due to the nature of merchandise being sold, paddle sport gear vendors may setup Friday, May 20 beginning at 8am and remain setup through Sunday, May 22, 3pm since paddle sport courses provided by certified trainers from the American Kayaking Association will be taking place during these three days. However, Saturday, May 21 is the day most guests (5,000+ weather dependent) attend LakeFest.
- Supply your own tables, chairs, tents and complete set-up; Be creative!
- Vendors responsible for their own sales tax (7% in Walton County)
- No trash is to be left behind like boxes, bags, cups, or damaged merchandise – all needs to be carried out by vendors.
- All Vendors must vacate by 10 pm.

Space Specs:
- On pavement along Circle Drive in Chipley Park.
- 10' x 12' or 10' x 16'
- Electrical & water hookups are available in select spaces. (limited power is provided, so bring quiet running generators if needed.)
Estimated Attendance:
- 5,000+ - weather dependent
Demographics:
- Children and families
- Paddlesport, camping, cycling, and outdoor enthusiasts
Fee Schedule:
- Food Vendors: $215.00
- Craft/Merchandise Vendors: $65.00

- All vendors are allowed to continue sales if they vacate by 7:00 p.m.
