The Gazebo, podium, & dumbwaiter are also available at no charge but must be requested on your contract.

**All rentals will incur an aditional $50 fee for the expense of the proposed elevator.**

Refunds for cancellations will be issued if the City receives notice of cancellation at least 24 hours in advance.

Reservations can not be made until contract is received and payment is made in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please do not fax contracts.
