On April 18th, 2011 Christopher Dennis Dollar entered the DeFuniak Springs Police lobby and requested to speak to an officer.
When the officer arrived Dollar handed him a pill with identifying markings and then stated he needed to be placed under arrest for possessing of Xanax without a prescription.
Being as puzzling as it might be the officer furthered his investigation to fine indeed that Dollar was in possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and replied to Dollars request by placing him under arrest and transporting him to the Walton County Jail.
