On June 1, 2017 at approximately 12:40 PM, the DeFuniak Springs police received information from a witness who stated he heard someone breaking into a house at 215 College Avenue. As the first police officer arrived, he observed two black males exiting the front door of the residence. The suspects then ran through the house and exited through the back door. Police officers pursued the suspects on foot to the area of Wood Street. Both suspects were apprehended on Wood Street near the intersection of S. 1st Street. The suspects have been identified as 23 year old Montrez Hamilton, last known address Maryester, FL, and 19 year old Antryon Gloster, last known address Crestview, FL. Both were charged with Resisting without Violence and Burglary.
