NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS
The City of DeFuniak Springs, Florida is currently accepting proposals from qualified firms for the purpose of building permitting, inspection services and related professional services.
Interested parties may obtain a Request for Qualifications from the City Clerk’s Office at DeFuniak Springs City Hall, 71 US Highway 90 West between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at (850) 892-8500. A digital copy of the RFQ may also be received from the City Clerk by e-mailing cityclerk@defuniaksprings.net. Proposals must be received by the City of DeFuniak Springs in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked, “RFQ # 20-03-CD, Proposal for Building Permitting and Inspection Services” no later than 2:00 p.m. (CT), October 29, 2020 at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive minor defects in the process and to accept the proposal deemed by the City to be in the City’s best interest. The City, in its sole discretion, in determining the proposal deemed to be in the City’s best interest shall not be obligated to select the lowest, absolute proposal. Equal Employment Opportunity.
