The City of DeFuniak Springs will be accepting sealed bids for our “Well Maintenance Program”. The scope of work for this bid includes only the labor services for a preventive maintenance well asset management program for the City of DeFuniak Springs, FL. Bid specifications can be obtained by contacting Maryanne Schrader at 850-892-8500 ext. 103 or by email: cityclerk@defuniaksprings.net. Bids will be accepted at City Hall located at 71 U.S. Hwy. 90 West, P.O. Box 685, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433 until 2:00 p.m. CT Wednesday, November 4, 2020. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 71 U.S. Hwy 90 West, DeFuniak Springs, FL. Bids shall be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, “Sealed Bid – Well Maintenance Program. 20-03-PW.” Any bids received after 2:00 p.m. CT on the above date will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidder.
The City of DeFuniak Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive minor defects in the process and to accept the bid deemed by the City to be in the City’s best interest.
