2021 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
In compliance with the Sunshine Law, the regular meeting dates for the Boards and Committees of the City of DeFuniak Springs for calendar year 2021 are listed below. Anyone requiring assistance or special needs regarding any of these meeting(s) should contact the City Manager, Mell Smigielski, the ADA Coordinator for the City of DeFuniak Springs at 892-8500 no later than 24 hours in advance of the meeting(s).
City Council: Meets the 2nd Monday at 4:00 p.m. and 4th Monday at 9:00 a.m. every month at the County Courthouse Chambers 571 US Hwy 90 East, unless the Monday is a City Holiday, then the meeting will be cancelled or rescheduled.
Council Workshop: Meetings are set, as needed.
Planning Board: Meets the 1st Monday of the month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall, Council Chambers, 71 US Hwy 90 West.
Special Magistrate: Meets the third Thursday of the month at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 71 US Hwy 90 West.
Airport Advisory Committee: - Meets the third Tuesday of the month at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 71 US Hwy 90 West.
Economic Development Committee: Meets the second Thursday of the month at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 71 US Hwy 90 West.
Special Events Committee: Meets the 4th Thursday of the month at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 71 US Hwy 90 West.
City Beautification and Tree Board: Meets the 1st Thursday of the month at 11:00 a.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 71 US Hwy 90 West and may conduct on-site tour workshops, at times to be determined.
Community Redevelopment Agency Board - Meets on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m. at City Hall, Council Chambers, 71 US Hwy 90 West.
*All meetings are open and the public is encouraged to attend.
