    Executive Session Notice - Closed to the Public Notice is hereby given that an Executive Session of the City Council of DeFuniak Springs, Florida will be held at 3:30 PM CT on Monday, February 8, 2021 at the Walton County Courthouse, 571 US Highway 90 East, DeFuniak Springs, Florida to discuss: Discussion of the Florida Public Employees Council 79 AFSCME, AFL-CIO Collective Bargaining Agreement. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by a board or council with respect to any matter considered at a meeting or hearing, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
